Data Deletion Instructions

If you signed in to Vivo Latam using Facebook and want us to delete the data associated with your account, follow the steps below.

1. Open your Facebook account settings and go to "Apps and Websites".
2. Find Vivo Latam in the list of connected apps and select it.
3. Click "Remove" to disconnect Vivo Latam from your Facebook account.
4. When prompted, check the box to also delete the data Vivo Latam has stored about you, then confirm.
5. Once confirmed, your request is sent to us and we will permanently delete your data.

Alternatively, you can request the deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at [email protected].

Please note:

• Deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days of being received.
• We may retain certain information when required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
• Residual copies may remain in our backups for a limited time before being permanently erased.
